Work Source Live was founded by real live event promoters who got tired of watching staffing agencies overpromise, underdeliver, and ghost on weekends. So they built the staffing company they always wished they could hire.
Today we run shifts in twelve markets, partner with hundreds of venues, and pay daily to thousands of crew members across the country — and we're just getting started!

Show Up Early
On-time is late. Our crews are clocked in, in uniform, and briefed before the shift starts.
Do It Right
Standards are the floor, not the ceiling. We train hard, audit harder, and don't ship sloppy work.
Pay People What They're Worth
Underpaid people don't show up. We pay above market and we tell our clients exactly why.
Own the Outcome
If a crew didn't deliver, that's on us. We fix it the same day and we don't hide behind paperwork.
Treat People Like People
Workers aren't headcount. Clients aren't tickets. Everyone gets a name, a relationship, a real conversation.
Move Fast or Get Out of the Way
